Who can refer?
Any active CrewJar account. Operators, captains, and deckhands all get a referral link from the Referrals page in the dashboard.
How do I get paid?
Direct to your bank via Stripe Connect, the same way tip payouts work. If you're already collecting tips with CrewJar, you're already set up.
When do rewards land?
Within a few days of qualification. Most referrals hit Tier 1 within their first month. You'll see live progress in your Referrals dashboard.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. Refer as many as you want.
What counts as a "successful tip"?
A completed tip from a real guest that wasn't refunded.
Does my friend get anything?
They get free CrewJar like every other operator. There's no signup fee, no contract, and the same no-cost setup.
Can crew members refer too, or just operators?
Yes. Crew members get their own link too. Same program, same rewards. If you know an operator who'd benefit, send them your link.
